Two of the pics are my works and the brighter and, of course, better looking one is the picture I found online. I attempted to coppy it because I thought it was very amusing design to have it on my hand and my boyfriend LOVED it! If you need a video description, I will be glad to upload one!
All you need is a neon green color and a white design bottle. I will upload what materials I've used for myself.
sorry,my fingers seem so dirty around my nails. I've attempted to try the thumb design,but for the lack of time,I couldn't fix it to look like the picture. It's such a cute design
